 This quilt block was hand sewn by Wanda to represent Cumberland County on the Auxiliary Quilt that will be auctioned off during the 2012 KACD Convention. All proceeds received will go into the scholarship fund.

 Cumberland County FFA Livestock Judging Team

  CCMS 7th Grade S.T.O.P.

 S.T.O.P.  (Stop Targeted Outside Pressure) is a 7th Grade learning program that is designed to help the students make good reasonable choices.

 The Cumberland County Conservation District presented the Livestock Team with a $250 sponsorship to help with the expenses to attend the Keystone Invitational in Harrisburg, PA. and the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, IN.

 “25” Students Participated

 The Cumberland County Conservation District sponsored the local Land and Soil Judging Contest again this year. Pictured: Lannie Willen, FFA Teacher, Anthony Jenson, Taylor Grider, Larissa Walker, Monica Poindexter and Wanda J. Gilbert CCCD DAS. These top four students received a trophy and $25. They have advanced to the Regional Contest held in Pulaski County.
